It is not easy to make change. 

How many of these statements have run
through your head more than a few times?

    • I want to lose weight.

    • I would like to feel less stressed.

    • I work too much and don’t have time to get to the gym or take a walk outside.

    • I are not sleeping well which impacts my work, I am tired all day

    • I’m so tired when I get home from work, I grab some fast food on the way home which I know is not healthy for me.

    • I didn’t eat lunch at work and am starved when I get home, I eat a whole bag of cookies before dinner.

    • I don’t have any healthy food in the house because I forgot to get to the grocery store this past weekend.

    • My doctor told me I need to lose some weight and I have no idea where to start. I know if I don’t do something, I will be put on medications to manage my blood pressure.

    • I am pre-diabetic and my doctor said I need to control my sugars or else I have to start using insulin.

    • I have no idea how to cook. I eat frozen dinners or get take-out most of the time.

    • I get so out of breath just walking up the stairs, I need to sit and rest.

    • My legs hurt the day after I took a short walk around the block.

You know you need to change something……but you feel stuck, you aren’t taking any action.
